Olayemi Rosemary Oshoffa has officially declared her intention to contest for the position of Councilor representing Ward C in Ikosi-Isheri Local Council Development Area (LCDA) of Lagos State.
Oshoffa made the announcement on social media on Monday, unveiling her campaign slogan, “God’s Time, My Time,” which she said reflects her renewed commitment to public service. She noted that her political journey began several years ago, and the present moment marks a divinely inspired return to her aspirations for leadership.
“On the march again… The vision started years back. God’s time… my time,” she posted. “Support Oshoffa Olayemi Rosemary for ward councilor in Ikosi-Isheri LCDA. LAROSH 2025.”

Her declaration was met with support from family and well-wishers, including a resurfaced post by Olatosho Oshoffa from 2017, highlighting longstanding encouragement for her political ambitions.
Running on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Oshoffa’s campaign poster prominently features the party’s logo, solidifying her affiliation. Her entry into the race contributes to the growing list of aspirants positioning themselves for the 2025 local government elections in Lagos.
As the political atmosphere continues to gain momentum, stakeholders and residents in Ikosi-Isheri LCDA will be watching closely as campaigns unfold in the lead-up to the polls.
