Easter: Durosimi Felicitates Agboyi-Ketu Residents, Preaches Hope, Unity

As Christians across the globe celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, Hon. Babatunde Muyideen Durosimi (BMD) has extended warm Easter greetings to residents of Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area (LCDA), urging them to embrace the season’s message of hope, renewal, and collective progress.
In a goodwill message signed by Comrade Amos Ojajuni, Durosimi described Easter as a sacred occasion that reflects triumph over adversity, light over darkness, and the renewal of faith and purpose.
“This sacred occasion symbolizes victory over adversity, hope over despair, and light over darkness,” he said. “Let us draw inspiration from the resurrection power of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, to renew our spirit, strengthen our unity, and reaffirm our commitment to one another.”
Durosimi, who is an aspirant for leadership in Agboyi-Ketu LCDA, emphasized the significance of community service and unity, drawing parallels between the resurrection of Christ and the potential for transformation within the local community.
“The resurrection of Jesus Christ serves as a powerful reminder of the transformative impact we can have in our community,” he noted. “Let us strive to bring hope, light, and unity to Agboyi-Ketu LCDA, just as Jesus brought hope and salvation to the world.”
He concluded his message by wishing residents a joyful and peaceful Easter celebration, encouraging them to rise above present challenges and work together for a prosperous future.
“He is risen, and so shall we!” Durosimi declared, urging residents to embrace the Easter spirit as a catalyst for positive change and community development.
