The Special Adviser on ICT and Infrastructure in Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Tosin Moses Ogundipe, has congratulated Mrs. Tola Abubakar on her emergence as the All Progressives Congress (APC) chairmanship candidate for the LCDA.
