Kazeem Oluwaseun Balogun, popularly known as KOB, has been officially declared the All Progressives Congress (APC) councillorship candidate for Ward A in Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area (LCDA), under Kosofe Local Government Area of Lagos State.
KOB’s emergence was confirmed in the official list of APC councillorship candidates for Agboyi-Ketu LCDA, endorsed by Barr. Babatunde Ogala (SAN) OFR, Chairman of the Electoral Committee; Hon. Cornelius Ojelabi, APC Lagos State Chairman; and Dr. Adeola Jokomba, APC Lagos State Secretary.

Renowned for his consistent commitment to community development, KOB has over the years implemented numerous self-funded projects, ranging from healthcare—such as free surgeries and medication distribution—to education support, youth empowerment, sports promotion, and social welfare initiatives.
His candidacy has been widely hailed as a step towards fostering inclusive representation and sustaining grassroots development in Ward A. Observers within the party and community describe KOB’s track record as a reflection of leadership grounded in service, with expectations high for a more people-centered approach to local governance.
