As the July 12 local government elections approach, Executive Chairman of Kosofe Local Government Area, Barrister Moyosore Ogunlewe, has stepped up his re-election campaign with the unveiling of a prominent digital campaign billboard at the Maryland Mall in Lagos.
The large-format display, strategically mounted at the mall’s entrance, bears Ogunlewe’s portrait and campaign message targeted at residents across Kosofe’s key wards—Ogudu, Ojota, Ifako, Oworo, and Anthony/Mende.
The campaign move is part of broader efforts by the Ogunlewe team to deepen grassroots mobilisation and bolster visibility in the lead-up to the polls.
Observers say the digital banner reflects a more modern approach to local electioneering and signals the chairman’s intention to maintain strong public presence ahead of what is shaping up to be a competitive contest.
With weeks to go until election day, the visual campaign is expected to complement door-to-door engagement and other voter outreach strategies already underway across the LGA.
