As political activities heighten ahead of the July 12 local government elections in Lagos State, former House of Representatives aspirant for Kosofe Federal Constituency, Remi Odunsi Oluwalogbon, has reaffirmed his loyalty to the All Progressives Congress (APC) through a robust media mobilisation campaign.
Through his political platform, the Remi Odunsi Oluwalogbon Organisation (ROO), Oluwalogbon has sponsored a series of radio and virtual jingles designed to promote APC candidates and galvanize grassroots voter participation across the state.
The campaign highlights key achievements of APC-led councils, spotlighting progress in road rehabilitation, healthcare delivery, education, infrastructure renewal, and social welfare programmes. The messaging, which cuts across multiple platforms, aims to reinforce public confidence in the ruling party’s local governance track record.
In a statement shared with KosofePost, Oluwalogbon called on residents to come out en masse on election day to support APC candidates, stressing the need to sustain the developmental momentum built over the years.
“The APC has demonstrated consistent progress at the local level. We are encouraging our people to vote for continuity, experience, and credible leadership that works for everyone,” he said.
A long-standing party loyalist and advocate for youth political inclusion, Oluwalogbon’s involvement is seen as a strategic boost for APC’s visibility in Kosofe and other parts of Lagos.
As the countdown to the local government polls continues, his media outreach is part of broader efforts by party stakeholders to shore up support and drive voter turnout in one of the most hotly contested grassroots elections in recent years.
