Honourable Abiodun Ogungbo, a 2025 chairmanship aspirant in Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area (LCDA), has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Chairmanship-elect Hon. Adetola Oyedele Abubakar following his victory at the polls.
In a statement released Sunday morning and made available to KosofePost, Ogungbo described the election outcome as a clear reflection of the will of the people and a strong affirmation of democratic principles in Agboyi-Ketu.
“The outcome of the election is a testament to the vibrant democratic spirit of our community. I wholeheartedly congratulate Hon. Adetola Oyedele Abubakar on his well-deserved victory,” Ogungbo stated.
He went on to express his best wishes for the incoming administration, emphasizing the need for inclusive governance and people-centered development.
“I trust that the new administration will uphold the ideals of good governance, prioritize the needs of all residents, and deliver tangible development across the LCDA. I wish Hon. Adetola a successful and impactful tenure,” he added.
The election was part of the broader July 12, 2025, local government polls held across Lagos State.
