In a move that has sparked keen attention within and outside Nigeria, the outgoing Executive Chairman of Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Mayor Dele Oshinowo, has unveiled a comprehensive report detailing his two-term tenure in office.

The 119-page document, published under the banner of KosofePost, chronicles Oshinowo’s developmental strides over the past eight years. Titled A Legacy of Transformation, the report provides an extensive account of policy reforms, infrastructure projects, and community development initiatives carried out under his administration.

From newly constructed roads, modern schools, and upgraded healthcare centres to youth empowerment schemes and institutional reforms, the report highlights efforts aimed at improving the quality of life for residents of Agboyi-Ketu LCDA. Other notable areas include investment in sports infrastructure, environmental sanitation, and social welfare.

Oshinowo, who is set to exit office after completing his second term, expressed appreciation to residents, traditional rulers, civil servants, and political stakeholders for their unwavering support. He noted that the legacy document was not only a testament to his administration’s work but also a blueprint for continuity and future governance.

“This is not just about what we’ve done. It’s about what is possible when leadership is focused and people-centered,” he said.

The report is expected to serve as a reference guide for succeeding administrations and a resource for policy observers tracking local government performance across Nigeria.
