The Feed2Feed Mission Community Initiative is set to host a Children Care Outreach dedicated to empowering children through care, education, and support. The outreach is scheduled to take place on Thursday, September 11, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Baale Orile Orishigun Compound, near Ile-Ile Bus Stop in Ketu, Lagos.
According to the organizers, the event will combine learning and fun, creating an atmosphere where children and their families can access support services while also enjoying interactive activities. The outreach will feature sessions on child rights and protection, health and nutrition awareness, as well as opportunities to receive free learning kits. Participants will also benefit from psychosocial support and counseling, while a supportive food bank will provide nutritious food items to families in need.
Beyond the educational and welfare components, the day will also include children’s games, music, dance, and other engaging performances designed to create memorable experiences for young participants.
The program is being organized in partnership with the Child Protection Network and the Reigning in Christ Outreach Ministry (RICOM), both of which are committed to promoting the well-being of children and families.
Feed2Feed emphasized that the initiative reflects its vision of “making a difference in the lives of children and families,” while encouraging members of the community to take part in the outreach.
