The Executive Chairman of Kosofe Local Government, Hon. Moyosore Ogunlewe, has donated in support of his close associate, Seun Ajayi, who is seeking ₦25 million to procure prosthetic limbs following a tragic accident.

Ajayi confirmed the donation in a chat with KosofePost on Tuesday but declined to disclose the exact amount contributed. He, however, described the support as substantial and a boost to the ongoing fundraising campaign.

In November 2024, KosofePost had reported that Ajayi, a loyal associate of Chairman Ogunlewe, was involved in a ghastly accident that led to the amputation of both legs. The incident left him in urgent need of prosthetic limbs valued at ₦25 million to aid his mobility and rehabilitation.
Since the publication of his plight, Ajayi has received attention and support from friends, political allies, and well-meaning Nigerians. Ogunlewe’s gesture is seen as a significant show of solidarity from the Kosofe council leadership.
Ajayi expressed optimism that with continued contributions from different quarters, he will be able to meet the target for his medical needs soon.
