The Ta’awun Humanitarian Forum (THF), Lagos chapter, has joined the growing list of individuals and organisations celebrating the birthday of Bilesanmi Abayomi, describing him as an extraordinary socio-political critic and a rare publisher.
In a congratulatory message signed by the forum’s President, Taiwo Lasisi, the executive members of the humanitarian organisation commended Bilesanmi for his distinctive contributions to public discourse and his influence as a media figure in Lagos State. The forum noted that his work as Publisher of Kosofepost has consistently shaped conversations around governance, accountability and community development at the grassroots level.
“On behalf of the executive members of Ta’awun Humanitarian Forum, Lagos, I felicitate with an icon, a rare publisher and an extraordinary socio-political critic in Lagos, Bilesanmi Abayomi, on his natal day,” the statement read.
Lasisi further expressed prayers for Bilesanmi’s continued impact, wishing him a new year marked by divine favour, harmony and greater accomplishments. The message reflects the high esteem in which Bilesanmi is held among humanitarian and civil society groups across the state.
The tribute adds to a series of goodwill messages from political leaders, community stakeholders and associates within and outside Nigeria, further reinforcing Bilesanmi’s standing as a prominent voice in the Kosofe community and the wider Lagos socio-political space.
