In a recently circulated profile outlining his vision, Kazeem expressed his conviction to transform the fortunes of Ikosi Isheri, stating that the community deserves a leader who bridges the gap between the local government and its people. “I am participating to win the upcoming election because I believe the people of Ikosi Isheri deserve a better leader. It is my goal to restore the unity and glory of our local government, which has been mismanaged by mediocrity,” his statement read.

Kazeem highlighted his understanding of the local government system and his readiness to deliver impactful governance. His manifesto promises to focus on people-centered policies, transparency, and accountability if elected.

Other aspirants, including former and current council officials from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), have also thrown their hats into the ring, each pledging to prioritize good governance, developmental projects, and citizen engagement in their campaigns.
