In celebration of the Easter season, Lagos State Commissioner for Waterfront and Infrastructure Development, Arc. Ekundayo Alebiosu, popularly known as D-Bush, in partnership with Ikosi-Isheri LCDA Chairmanship aspirant, Toyin Balogun, extended festive goodwill to members of the media, including KosofePost and other local outlets.
A close aide to the Commissioner revealed that Hon. Alebiosu authorized the disbursement of funds to select individuals, including the Publisher of KosofePost, as a token of appreciation and seasonal cheer.
Similarly, Toyin Balogun shared Easter cash gifts with media professionals. A message accompanying her gesture simply read: “Just for your Easter celebration.”
Reacting to the kind gestures, Publisher of KosofePost, Bilesanmi Abayomi KOKO, expressed deep appreciation to both Hon. Alebiosu and Hon. Balogun, describing the support as a thoughtful act that strengthens the relationship between public officials and the media.
The Easter outreach was widely lauded within the local media circle, with many praising the public-spiritedness of the two political figures and their recognition of the media’s role in fostering community development.
