Lead visioner of Lagos4Lagos movement, Dr Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran, aka JANDOR, others has intensify campaign to end God-fatherism in the state ahead of 2023.

Lagos4Lagos a pressure group wing of the ruling party, APC in the past few years has been at the forefront on the mission to whitledown the appeared overbearing influence of the All Progressives Congress National leader, Ashiwaju Bola Tinubu, who allegedly dictates who becomes what in Lagos State Politics at the expense of the major stakeholders.

The group recently organised a rally to send a strong message to APC constituted authority in the state that it won’t be busines as usual in the forthcoming APC 2021 Congresses.

Unsual development at the rally was when the Former Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Princes Aderenle Adeniran Ogunsanya, and Adediran passed a vote of no confidence on Ashiwaju Bola Tinubu backed Balogun-led Caretaker Committee over allegation of fraud.

Another prominent Lagosian who subtly joined the movement to say ‘enough is enough’ is Islamic scholar, one time commissioner, the Chief Imam, Lagos State House of Assembly Mosque, Honourable Dr. Abdulateef Abdulhakeem with his Movement tagged IYEPE 2023 Movement. Within short period his group gained a lot of followers.

He, however, succumbed to the party leaders who arrested his movement from rocking the boat of the party.

Fuad Oki, in the last four years has been one of the stakeholder shouting on the roof top in his bid to stop what was described in several quarters as one man show in Lagos Politics.

All these aforementioned Political heavy weight are indigene and APC Chieftain in Lagos State, individuals collectively actions observed are geared towards to ending Godfatherism.

Opposition to Tinubu’s political reign of Power in the ruling party, APC and the opposition party, People’s Democratic Party has been defeated severally by the Lion of Bourdilon as Tinubu is popularly called.

The recently concluded APC primaries election for July 24 Local Government election revealed that the ex-governor, Bola is still calling the shot.

The popularity and strength of those who are determined to retire Jagaban in Lagos State Politics will be further put to test in the forthcoming APC Congresses slated for July 31, 2021.
