Femi Saheed, a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly representing Kosofe Constituency 2, was said to have rose to political prominence exactly like Samiat Bada.
By providence following the sudden death of the former Council Chairman, Abdulfatai Oyesanya the baton fell on the then Vice Chairman, Samiat who later became Chairman and serve out the remaining 17 months tenure while she also won the 2021 Local Government Election to start a new beginning.
Similarly, the former APC Lagos State Assistant Secretary, and current lawmaker representing Kosofe Constituency 2, Femi Saheed won the December 2020 Bye Election following the death of the former representative, Hon. Tunde Braimoh.

The initial narratives that trailed Samiat’s emergence is gradually re-echoing over Femi Saheed who was presented to serve out about 18 months remaining tenure of his predecessor, Braimoh.
Particularly, Agboyi Ketu where the former occupier, Braimoh hailed from are bitter that both elective Federal and State legislative positions are concentrated in Ikosi Isheri LCDA.
Gladiators in the two LCDAs are currently making moves on how to make this two positions shared among the two affected LCDAs should the House of Representatives ticket retained in Kosofe Constituency 2 ahead of 2023 General Elections.
Hon Femi Saheed can contest for constituency 2 seat, as new Beginning, he deserve it, This man have been with our party for years, and his very loyal to the party, let all this Baba so pe assist him.
