Fire Outbreak: Six shops burnt at Ogudu Police Barrack

Earlier today the Lagos State Emergency Management LASEMA announced a fire outbreak that caught six shops at Ogudu Police Barrack in Lagos state.

In a statement gotten from the eyewitness, it was stated that six from the 17 shops were razed in the incident while 11 were salvaged and the fire totally extinguished by combined efforts of the Agency’s Response Team and the Lagos Fire Service.

“Activities conducted in the razed shops by the fire outbreak at dawn involved two fashion design services, a pawn shop, event planning wares shop, a sport betting outlet and a Barber’s shop.

The spokesperson for the Agency response team, Mr. Okunbor stated that the fire outbreak was contained by the help of Lagos state fire service

It was also recorded that no life was lost while the cause of the fire incident is however yet to be known at the time of writing this report.
