The Child Protection Network Lagos State has lauded the Executive Chairman of Kosofe Local Government Chairman, Honourable Mikhail Afolabi Sofola on land space approval to build a befitting office.
The coordinator of the group in Kosofe who doubled as the State Secretary, Mr. Rasheed Awofeso expressed CPN’s appreciation to the council Chairman through the statement made available to this medium today.
His statement partly reads,” On behalf of Child Protection Network of Lagos State, we are glad to receive the land space approval granted us by Hon. Mikhail Afolabi Sofola for CPN kosofe to build a good office inside Ogudu area office.

This is a sign of good beginning in the history of vulnerable children in our community. We can now carry out our humanitarian services in a befitting environment free of distortion.”

Child protection Network is an initiative of UNICEF. They work closely with Lagos State Ministry of youth & social Development. UNICEF came with intention to help vulnerable Children in Nigeria Lagos. happens to be one of the piloted state in Nigeria. Basically child protection Network is about earning the right of abused children & equally support in area of getting Justice for the vulnerable.
CPN Kosofe over the years had carried out aggressive sensitization campaign activities geared towards ending violence against the children and other forms of Child abuses.
