Idowu, Kehinde Saliu and Adewale Omofojoye are the three second term retuning among the 7 members of the 6th Kosofe Local Government Legislative Arm.
Presently Oworonshoki comprising of Ward A and Ward B produced the Vice Chairman elect , Prince Babatunde Saliu, who is senior brother, Kehinde Saliu, the Councilor elected representing Ward A.
The odd favoured Idowu Oluloro than Omofojoye, who is also the same Community with the Vice Chairman, Babatunde.

According to Kosofe Post findings, Four out of the seven Councilors; Idowu , Hakeem Oshijirn, Adewale Omofojoye and Sulyman Baruwa enjoyed the support of the Lagos East senatorial Governor’s Advisory Council Leader, Otunba Bushira Alebiosu, Former Kosofe Local Government Sole Administrator, Jumoke Animahun, 2021 annulled Kosofe Local Government Chairmaship candidate, Lanre Carew and two termer member of House of Representatives, Hon. Dayo Alebiosu among others.
