The newly sworn in Executive Chairman of Agboyi Ketu Mayor Dele Oshinowo, has been elected as Vice Chairman, Lagos East Senatorial District for Conference 57.
Conference 57 is an umbrella body for all Chairmen of 57 Local Governments and Local Councils Development Areas (LCDAs) in Lagos State.
Conference 57 elected Mayor Dele Oshinowo along other executive Members yesterday according to reports.
Hon. Rasaq Olusola Ajala, the newly elected Chairman, of Odiolowo-Ojuwoye LCDA has also emerged as the Secretary of “Conference 57”, a platform of all the Chairmen in the twenty local governments and thirty seven LCDAs in Lagos State.
The position of the chairman of the group went to the Chairman of Bariga LCDA, Hon. Kolade Alabi, the ALGON President.
Other positions are the Vice Chairman (Central) Hon. Toyose Olusi, Hon. Kola Ganiu Egunjobi Vice Chairman (West), Hon. Dele Oshinowo – Vice Chairman(East), Hon. Rashidat Essien – Treasurer, Hon. Joseph Gbenu – Financial Secretary, Hon. Sesan Daini – Publicity Secretary, Hon. Rashidat Adu – Welfare Officer, Hon. Jelili Suleiman – Organizing Secretary, Hon. Fatai Ayoola – Legal and Hon. Anomo Adewale Ibrahim – Ex-Officio.
Recall Mayor Dele Oshinowo was 2019 Lagos East Senatorial District Campaign Coordinator for Sanwoolu/Hamzat Governorship race.
