Moyo Ogunlewe was accused of hijacking the nomination forms and while all his phones were switched off.
The Executive chairman of Kosofe, Moyo who took custody of the form, however, when contacted by Kosofe Post said its untrue that the stakeholders are working on the consensus arrangement.
