Oshinowo’s fulfill Campaign promises as Council embarks on Greenwich Gardens Housing Project

In the build up to the July 2021 Local Government Election during the series of media engagements with the Execution Chairman, Mayor Dele Oshinowo disclosed his plans to focus less on shops construction and move from solely dependent on Monthly Federal Allocation to Housing where the Council have competitive advantage.


He stressed that doing so will enable the council to generate more revenues to execute and implement life impacting policy, programmes and projects for the residents.
While several keen political watchers were of the notion that Mayor Dele Oshinowo will slow down immediately he secure his second term ticket. However, he has proved them wrong as he refused to slowdown as he demolished Mandela Market at Mile 12 for redevelopment and the ongoing Greenwich Gardens Housing Project among others.


Oshinowo led-administration under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement has continued with the Greenwich Gardens project that will give maximum comfort, convenience and security to residents.


Greenwich Gardens is sitting majestically on Stephen Oyedele Road, formerly known as Ajelogo Market Road, when completed, the ongoing housing project would reflect luxury living, as it is designedly equipped with exclusive amenities, smart home automation, and an appealing finish to portray its class.
The Council has since announced the type of apartment available with flexible payment terms for the member of the public.
