Recall that the supporter of the incumbent Lawmaker, Honorable Rotimi Agunsoye during a get together held at the hometown of the lawmaker kicked against the ambition of Abbey Cheche to contest for Kosofe Federal Constituency seat in 2023 election.

Hagler and many concerned All Progressives Congress, APC, members reacted through several Kosofe Post platforms. The few selected comments reproduced below.
In his response, Hagler said,” How on earth would any few groups sponsored by a candidate claim that there’s no vacancy in Kosofe Federal Constituency. Even the leadership would never have claimed that there is vacancy. We have a lot of interested individuals, tested and trusted to carry all Kosofe along, not just very few as we witness presently. They would face the Kosofe people on any agreed style of primary to pick our NEW representative. Biko there is VACANCY Jare.”
In his contribution to the conversations, Ibrahim noted that everybody has the right to express their aspiration as a party member. He added,” Our party has created an enabling environment through a direct primary process for the people to pick their preferred candidate.”
“The so-called ROT Supporters should be reminded that there are Precedents in Kosofe Federal Constituency since 1999 that it has always been two terms of 8 years for any National Assembly they should not take their luck too far,” Samuel Olaoluwa.
