Abbey Owokoya of Cheche Foundation fetes 500 widows, widowers Youths in Kosofe Federal constituency at Galaxy event centre during its end of the year party on December 29, 2021.
Residents of Kosofe in large number turned out to celebrate with the philanthropist at the glamours occasion, where band boys and live music thrilled the guests.
Engineer Abiodun Owokoya while speaking at the event expressed his appreciation to the Executive Chairman of Kosofe Local Government, Moyo Ogunlewe, Ikosi Isheri Lcda, Samiat Bada and Agboyi Ketu Lcda Mayor Dele Oshinowo respectively. He commended them for wonderful jobs they are doing across Kosofe Federal Constituency.
He told the Mammoth crowd that, “Together we can, together will make it better, Together we can get to the Next level.”
He noted that the glory of the Youths is in their strength, and they prepared to takeover in a peaceful manner among others.
In his goodwill message, Mr. Olakunle Oladipupo described the founder of Cheche Foundation, Abiodun Owokoya as philanthropist, Generous and Kind-hearted person that God has blessed abundantly behind measures without venturing into Politics. He pleaded to the women to give him undivided supports.
While charging the youths not to allowed anybody to deceive after the successful occasion, He reminded them on the advice given to youths by President Muhammad Buhari’s in build up to 2019 election”Wait until 2023, Buhari tells Nigerian youths’. He told them this the right time as he enjoined the youths to support their contemporaries such as Honourable Abiodun Owokoya in 2023.
Baba Oloja who couldn’t have his joy commended Honourable Abiodun Owokoya for reaching out to the most deprived widows.
While applauding him for empowering youths geared towards reducing social ills, He said, “Those children we failed to trained, and the ones well-trained and protected from the public; lives may be destroyed by children left untrained.”
Baba Oja who is solidly behind Abiodun Owokoya ambition for Kosofe Federal Constituency seat in 2023 charged the gathering to go to their various Communities nooks and crannies to preach his gospel. He added,” We are going to announce it every corner of market in Kosofe axis that a young man, energetic and youth lover is in town to steer MHR office in 2023. Therefore, All political gladiators should know down because the elephant has arrived.”
Several Widows, widowers and Youths who are among the 500 beneficiaries of the food items thanked Abbey Cheche Foundation for actively caring about them during difficult times and prayed fervently for him.
Lagos State All Progressives Congress Youth Leader, Seriki Murtala, Market Women, Youths group, Political leaders, Widows, Widowers and host of other guests graced the event.
