IKosi Isheri Local Council Development Area chapter of All Progressives Congress under Kosofe started the year 2022 on a divided ground as they held parallel LGA General Assembly, yesterday.
IKosi Isheri Lcda Chairman, Samiat Bada and Alhaji Alli faction of APC held it’s Meeting at Headquarters of the Local Council. While IKosi Isheri APC Caretaker Chairman, Loogun Sunday Jegede faction who earlier posted the meeting notification held its General Assembly meeting at the party Secretariat at Ekiti Street same day.
While Samiat Bada led faction are calling on Loogun Jegede to come Handover, Jegede insisted Chairman that the caretaker Committee has not been dissolved and new Lcda Executives has not been constituted.
Unlike Agboyi Ketu and Kosofe Local Government relative peace, the feelers from IKosi Isheri revealed that unity, peace and Progress is far from returning to the party in Ikosi Isheri 5 Months after the July 2021 Local Government Election.
