According to sources on Saturday, Mr. Babatunde Local Government Chairman, Mr. Babatunde Sofola Bode Peter’s residence area of Kosofe, is currently under demolition.
According to sources on Saturday, Sofola’s mansion is under demolition for Joint Venture, JV property development.
Another source hinted that the chairman, who earlier relocated his family overseas shortly after he lost his wife in December 2020, allegedly sold the property in preparation for his final relocation.
Meanwhile, the Council Chairman has equally distanced himself from public functions and the Kosofe chapter of the All Progressives Congress political activities and programmes since he left office.
