A social critic, Engineer Adebayo Emmanuel aka MOSCHINO, has said that the two dominant parties, either APC or PDP, will produce the next President, not Peter Obi of the Labour Party.

He made this known through Moschinos’s diary, while reacting to the outcome of the Osun Governorship election held on Saturday.

He noted that, based on pre-election debates, Mr. Lasun Yusuf of the Labour Party, would have been a better alternative to the sacked Governor Oyetola than the winner, Senator Ademola Adeleke, the People’s Democratic Party Governor Elect, whose performance at the debate was said to be among the least.

He further tackles the supporters of the Labour Party, whose party widely believed, without nationwide structure, has been pushing the narrative that the 2023 election will be about the personality of the party candidate, Peter Obi.

He stated that the Osun election was not about personalities but about political parties.

In his words, he said:

“Osun has a disaster coming for them, having voted for Mr. Michael Jackson as their governor.” Going by the debate, Mr. Jackson was the one with the least performance. He was just talking out of context. No concrete speech on what he is about to do to better the lives of the Osun people. From the debate, Mr. Lasun Yusuf of the Labour Party ought to have been the alternative to Oyetola and not Michael Jackson.

“I concluded that people voted for the party and not for the person of Michael Jackson.

“It is safe to say that this is what will befall the disOBIdient children come next year at the presidential election. The 2 dominant parties, either APC or PDP, will produce a president, not one Saint OBI, a captain without an army.

“He that has ears, let him hear what the spirit is saying to the people.”
