The Executive Chairman of Kosofe Local Government of Lagos, Hon. Moyosore Ogunlewe, on Tuesday, bagged the Sohcahtoa Foundation award.
The award was bestowed on the council’s chairman and was presented at the local council headquarters in recognition of his contributions to impact in education and infrastructural development in the community, which endeared him to the people of the local government.
This was contained in the press release issued by the Chief Press Secretary to the Executive Chairman, Kosofe Local Government, Taiwo Fadipe.
The prestigious award was presented to the council chairman by the Chief Executive Officer of the Sohcahtoa foundation, Mr. Oluwaseyi Fayemi, who pledged to support the council’s education project with an extra 150 free GCE forms for the students in Kosofe Local government.
The elated Executive Chairman thanked the foundation for the award bestowed on him and the magnanimity of supporting the Council’s educational programme.
