Amid top gear preparation for the Ikosi Isheri Ketu Magodo annual festival, residents of the affected council area have been thrown into mourning as they grieve over the sudden deaths of two All Progressives Congress members who died within a few hours on Thursday.
On Wednesday, Pa Fashoranti Oladipupo Michael, aka Baba Fash, a leader of the party in the ward “E” area of Ikosi Isheri Lcda, was knocked down on the Ikorodu Expressway and died on Thursday.
Abiodun, also known as Iso, died today and was buried as such.
The remote cause of his death is yet to be ascertained as at press time.
The two deceased’s deaths have since attracted condolence messages and visitations by friends, family, politicians, and community leaders who thronged their respective homes.
