In attendance were a former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Lagos state, Jimi Agbaje; a former State Woman Leader, Mrs. Bisi Odunsi; and several politicians.

However, PDP Kosofe LGA Chairman, Niyi Olabiran, and past Chairman, Kunle Koya, party leader, Onita Coker, Kosofe LGA and Ward Executives, state officers and politicians were absent from the inauguration.

Also, Jandor ward coordinators, when contacted, disclosed that they were not informed about the PDP’s candidate present in Kosofe.

Sources hinted to Kosofe Post that the group loyal to the former deputy Chairman had organized the program to prove that Kosofe’s control of the party is still in his firm grip of Hassan’s ahead of the 2023 general election.

The Kosofe Post reports that the Kosofe Chapter of the PDP is deeply divided ahead of the 2023 election.
