The residents of Lagos East Senatorial District were bombarded with bulk SMS on Thursday as Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru reeled out his two years of achievements in office.
The Kosofe Post reports that the Chairman, Senate Committee on Industries and Commerce, Abiru, is about to complete the first term of the late Sen. Adebayo Osinowo, who died on June 15, 2020.
The senator graphically highlighted his accomplishments through a link to his official website while seeking electorate support for his re-election as the senator representing Lagos East Senatorial District in the 2023 general elections.
The viral SMS sent by Sen. Abiru to constituents read, in part, “It is with a great sense of duty and responsibility that I solicit your kind support for my re-election as the Senator representing Lagos East Senatorial District in the 2023 general elections.”
The Doing Good senator also attached an account of his two-year stewardship through https://abiru.tact.ng for public scrutiny.
