The Executive Chairman of Kosofe Local Government, Hon. Moyo Ogunlewe, is set to distribute 1,000 free eyeglasses to Kosofe residents.
This was stated while accompanying All Progressives Congress candidates, Kosofe Lawmaker Hon. Sanni Ganiyu Okanlawon and Kosofe Federal Constituency Flagbearer, Mrs. Kafilat Ogbara, to the religions leaders consultation meeting held at Saint Andrew Church Ogudu on Tuesday.
He noted that the forthcoming election is also his election while appealing to the community stakeholders to vote.Ashiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as President, Senator Adetokubo Abiru as Lagos East Senatorial District senator, and Kafilat Ogbara for Kosofe Federal Constituency in next year’s February election.

Other notables include Babajide Sanwoolu and Kadiri Obafemi Hamzat as governor and deputy governor, respectively, of Lagos; and Sanni Ganiu Babatunde as member representing Kosofe Constituency 1.
The Council’s chairman said his performances speak for themselves while highlighting his recorded achievements in road and infrastructure, health, education, and human capacity development. He encouraged the gathering of more developmental programs and projects.
He further announced that 1000 free eyeglasses will be distributed December 16–19 to residents of Kosofe.
The Kosofe Chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) commends the Council’s chairman over Jerusalem slots and other interventions in the organization.
John Obaro, who spoke on behalf of CAN, assured APC candidates of their maximum support while praying for them.
