The Kosofe Post reports that the council Chairman accused the lawmaker in a viral voice note of engaging in anti-party activities.

The council’s Chairman allegations led to the stakeholders meeting chaired by All Progressives Congress; Governor Advisory Council Chairman, Alhaji Tajudeen Okusi, held at Acme, Ikeja, Lagos, on December 26.

Sen. Anthony Adefuye, Sen. Ganiu Solomon, Alhaji Tajudeen Olusi, Pa. Muyiwa Sosanya, APC State Chairman, Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, Member of House Representatives, Rotimi Agunsoye and former member Rep, Hon. Dayo Bush, APC Kosofe House of Representatives candidate, Mrs Kafilat Ogbara attended the meeting.

Former Ikosi Isheri Lcda LGA Chairman, Logun Sunday Jegede, political leaders, among others.

However, the outcomes of the meeting have been generating conflicting reports.

Speaking to Kosofe Post On Tuesday, Former APC Ikosi Isheri LGA Chairman and Chair of Chair Lagos East Senatorial District, Sunday Jegede, who attended the meeting, said the Agunsoye had been exonerated from the anti-party allegations leveled against him by the council chairman,

According to Jegede, the approved Ikosi APC LGA executive list excluded Agunsoye’s supporters instructed to be included in the agent list and all their entitlements should be compensated.

Speaking further on the anti-party allegation he said the issue was never in existence, noting that It was baseless because they were unable to prove to the whole house that Agunsoye was involved in anti-party activities.

“Rather, Hon. Rotimi Agunsoye proved to the whole house with documentary evidence that Princess Bola Bada husband, is a card-carrying member of PDP in Ogun state and the Council’s one way or the other sponsoring PDP activities of the husband.”

“Because the Bada’s husband is always around the council premises and there was no way he will not benefit from the council and the APC Council.

“So, pictorial evidence was presented, and video coverages were presented, but the Honourable House of Representatives Member was exonerated and was given clean bill that he is not involved in anti-party activities.”

Jegede said candidates were advised to go after the leaders of the party to go and seek their support individually so Kosofe’s vote can be in the same basket.

He noted that the second resolution was that the party LCDA executives purportedly constituted by the council chairman should be revisited because they didn’t have the blessings of the GAC leaders and other leaders.

According to him, it was decided that the list also didn’t have the current members of House Representatives representing Kosofe Federal constituency, were confirmed, and it was agreed that it must be revisited and implementations to start before the election.

He, however, said all the arraignment must be done before the election and it should be confirm from the state chairman and the state vice chairman pastor Cornelius Ojelabi and Hon. Oladunjoye respectively.

The former APC Lagos East Senatorial District Chair of Chair, Jegede, said the last part of the meeting resolution was that all benefits to the group of Rotimi Agunsoye must be paid to the last kobo.

He said,” All the entitlements and all the agent lists must be revisited and we should go and be convening the same meeting at home.

“So, I don’t know where they are getting their report. And If there is anything contrary, you can get back to me or let me know the person.

” This is because in all the reports I am reading now, most of them are not in the meeting they were not in attendance so I don’t know where they’re getting their reports.”
