Kosofe Local Government Chairman, Hon. Moyo Ogunlewe, recently honoured the All Progressives Congress candidate for Kosofe Constituency 1, Sanni Ganiyu Babatunde, by allowing him to commission two projects.

The lawmaker was given the honor to commission the newly constructed Kosofe customary court, named after the former council chairman, Barrister Tunde Braimoh, and a water fountain, all located within the council premises.

The gesture of the local council’s chairman, who allegedly worked for the SDP candidate alongside his supporters, has finally put an end to the claims that he was sabotaging the chances of the APC candidate.

Okanlawon, who is seeking re-election as the House Committee Chairman on Education in the Lagos State House of Assembly, will be slugging it out for the constituency seat with candidates of the PDP, SDP, and others on March 11.
