SDP Candidate, Lanre Carew, Vows to Bring Renewed Hope, Empowerment to Kosofe Constituency I

The candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Mr. Lanre Carew has promised to bring renewed hope to the people of Kosofe constituency I if elected on March 11.

Carew made the pledge during an interactive session with digital media practitioners in the Kosofe Local Government area of Lagos State on Tuesday.

Carew, who is also the chairman of Farm City International, shared his experience in politics, which spans over eight years, and stated that empowerment was his focus for the people of Kosofe.

He suggested the introduction of a tech hub to the area and assured the residents that there was hope for a better future.

Carew disclosed that his passion for philanthropy inspired him to go into politics. He further explained that he was a natural giver and his personality suited the political arena.

The candidate also highlighted some of his past contributions to the community, such as purchasing vehicles for his ward chairmen and supporters, as well as buying a car for a supporter with a fracture.

Despite running against opponents, Carew stated that he did not view them as rivals or opponents, but rather as individuals with different ideas. He also emphasized that he had a cordial relationship with those who wished to have one with him.

According to Carew, he had done a lot of work in the community that many people were unaware of, as he preferred to keep his contributions private. He expressed his desire to empower more people, particularly the youth, and improve the infrastructure of Kosofe.

Carew urged the people of Kosofe to have hope and trust in his ability to bring positive change to the community. With his passion for philanthropy and his experience in politics, he believes he is the best candidate for the job.
