Former All Progressives Congress aspirant for Kosofe Federal Constituency, Engr Abiodun Owokoya popularly known as Abbey Cheche has donated an undisclosed amount of foreign currency to the campaign of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Kosofe House of Reps Candidate, Mrs Kafilat Adetola Ogbara, a source has disclosed.
The source made this disclosure during a chat with the Kosofe Post on Wednesday.
The source who was not authorized to speak for Cheche Movement said they decided to ameliorate the cash crunch effect and believe in the representation of Ogbara.
“The small gesture was to boost Alhaja Ogbara campaign organisation.”
The APC flagbearer, Kafilat Ogbara thanked Cheche for his kind gesture.
The Kosofe Post recently reported that Cheche collapsed his political structure and donated his campaign materials to Ogbara.
Cheche had hosted several banners across Kosofe Federal Constituency to boost the campaign of activities of Ogbara, among others.
