Comrade Samuel Olakanla, the Ward D Secretary of the All Progressives Congress in Kosofe, Lagos State, was celebrated by political families and friends on the occasion of his birthday anniversary. Hon. Bowale Benson Adepoju, in a birthday message issued on Monday, described the celebrant as an exemplary and focused leader, and showered encomium on him.
Hon. Adepoju joined other political families and friends of Comrade Olakanla in wishing him a happy birthday, noting that his birthday coming in the holy month of Easter and Ramadan signified the genuineness of his thoughts and the greatness of his person. He further acknowledged that Comrade Olakanla was a political icon and a dogged man, whose birthday he could remember without a Facebook reminder.
In his message, Hon. Adepoju described Comrade Olakanla as a secretary like no other, standing head and shoulder above others, and always doing them proud. He also noted that Comrade Olakanla’s most amazing quality was that he saw only the best in people and knew how to harness their potential to get the desired result.
Comrade Olakanla, who is also a member of the Public Affairs of APC Presidential Campaign Council, was described as an amazing example of good leadership, and wished a great year ahead. Hon. Adepoju prayed that he would live as much as he wanted and never want as much as he lived, and that the day would bring him countless happiness, endless joy, and peace and serenity.
