Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Banking, Insurance, and other Financial Institutions, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his triumph at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja.
In a statement released by his media aide, Mr. Enitan Olukotun, Senator Abiru commended the tribunal’s decision, asserting that it accurately reflects the will of the people. He praised the unwavering support of the All Progressives Congress (APC) members, supporters, and millions of Nigerians who stood firmly behind President Tinubu during the legal process.
Senator Abiru affirmed his confidence that President Tinubu will remain steadfast in fulfilling the promises made to the Nigerian people. He urged political rivals, their supporters, and all citizens, regardless of political, religious, or ethnic affiliations, to unite in support of President Tinubu’s efforts to steer the nation toward progress.
“I rejoice with our dear Leader and the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on this landmark victory. The tribunal has further re-echoed the will of Nigerians through its verdict. It is a well-deserved victory. Regardless of our various political leanings, we should put the past behind us and be involved in the nation-building task,” Senator Abiru emphasized.
