Mayor Dele Oshinowo has unveiled a groundbreaking move by commissioning Samson Agbato Consulting (SAC), a reputable firm of Estate Surveyors & Valuers. The task at hand involves the comprehensive Enumeration and Data Capturing of all landed properties within the Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area (LCDA).

The announcement, released in a statement by the council on Saturday, highlighted the pivotal role this exercise will play in shaping the LCDA’s developmental planning, fostering positive growth, and addressing essential infrastructure needs.

The statement emphasized the engagement of enumerators, donned in distinctive reflective jackets and caps, who will be reaching out to residents for the enumeration of their properties. The enumerators will carry official ID cards bearing the logos of both the LCDA and SAC, accompanied by a letter of authorization from the Council.

Importantly, the enumeration exercise will include measurements of lands and buildings. Residents are reminded not to permit enumerators to enter their apartments under any circumstances.

Mayor Dele Oshinowo, in his call to action, urged residents to extend cooperation and support to the enumerators, emphasizing that their assistance is crucial for the overall success of this strategic exercise.
