Kosofe Local Government Mourns the Passing of Chief Press Secretary Taiwo Fadipe

The community of Kosofe came together in a solemn prayer service on Tuesday to bid a heartfelt farewell to the late Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to Kosofe Local Government, Taiwo Fadipe, who passed away after a brief illness on December 4, 2023.

Family members, friends, colleagues, media practitioners, Conference 57 CPS, politicians, and members of the Celestial Church of Christ gathered at the Kosofe Local Government headquarters to pay their tributes and participate in the prayers organized by the Council.

Fadipe, a dedicated and humble individual, was laid to rest on December 5 at his final resting place in Oju Ore, Ota, Ogun State. Kosofe Local Government Chairman, Moyosore Ogunlewe, and other dignitaries expressed their condolences, describing Fadipe as a unique CPS who lived a simple life and made invaluable contributions to the development of young writers.

“Hon Omo, Hon David, and other dignitaries highlighted Fadipe’s incredibly loving and kind-hearted nature, acknowledging his devotion to serving humanity and the local government,” said Chairman Moyosore Ogunlewe. “May you find serenity and prosperity for everything you left behind. May Almighty God continue to rest your soul, Taiwo Fadipe.”
