ATCIS-Nigeria Boosts Economy with 1.3 Trillion Telecom Injection

In a recent press conference held at the Kosofe axis of Lagos state, the Association of Telephone Cable TV and Internet Subscribers of Nigeria (ATCIS-Nigeria) shed light on their significant role in enhancing the Nigerian economy. The National President, Sínà Bilesanmi, proudly announced that the association injects a whopping 1.3 trillion into the telecom market annually.

Bilesanmi stressed the importance of collaboration and partnership, especially in the realm of ICT development, urging members to forge stronger ties. The 8th edition of their briefing saw members from various locations come together to discuss the association’s progress.

During the event, the association’s board hosted a get-together, fostering camaraderie among members while strategizing for the future. Bilesanmi emphasized the crucial role ATCIS-Nigeria plays in promoting ICT growth, urging the government not to underestimate their impact.

Samuel Oladipupo, another key member, expressed gratitude to customers for their unwavering support. He highlighted the association’s commitment to providing value through subsidized cable and data subscriptions, working tirelessly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Commending the federal government for facilitating a conducive environment for the telecom market, members also acknowledged the positive outcomes of the NIN registration initiative. They emphasized its role in empowering ICT experts to track and curb illegitimate business activities, particularly those involved in duping unsuspecting individuals.
