Oloye Seun Salami, a prominent party stalwart, expressed deep appreciation for a surprise birthday treat orchestrated by Hon. Ganiu Okanlawon, the Lagos State House of Assembly member representing Kosofe constituency 1.
The celebration unfolded as Oloye Seun Salami marked another year on January 17. To commemorate the special occasion, Hon. Ganiu Okanlawon hosted Oloye Seun Salami and friends for a delightful birthday dinner at Ocean Basket GRA Ikeja, creating an atmosphere of joy and camaraderie.
Reflecting on the unexpected and heartfelt celebration, Oloye Seun Salami conveyed his excitement and gratitude for the overwhelming show of love he received from a diverse group of well-wishers.
Speaking exclusively to Kosofe Post, Salami remarked, “The celebration was a fulfilled one and a rewarding year for me, especially the uncommon privilege and rare honor I enjoyed from the representative of my constituency at the hallowed chamber of Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Sanni Babatunde Okanlawon, popularly known as OKLA in the social and political circle.”
He continued, “This show of love and honor from my leader on the special occasion of my natal anniversary rekindled my hope and belief in my party leadership. It is a known fact that politicians are not asking too much from their leaders; all we want is recognition. I really appreciate the kindness and exemplary leadership displayed by Honorable Sanni Babatunde Okanlawon. No doubt, the gesture is a challenge and a reward for hard work; it is a lesson for many politicians to always place loyalty and dedication above any monetary gains in any political cause. Indeed, I’m extremely grateful and accomplished.”
