Kosofe Local Government’s Toluwalase Fadeke Bags MSC in Communication

Mrs. Adewale Toluwalase Fadeke, the Head of Information Units at Kosofe Local Government in Lagos State, proudly bagged her MSC in Communication on Wednesday.

Transitioning from a background in BSC Political Sciences in 2002, Toluwalase pursued her passion for communication by enrolling in a Master in Mass Communications course at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State. This educational journey follows her earlier attainment of a Postgraduate Degree in Public Relations from the same institution in 2017.

Toluwalase was part of the University’s joint students who celebrated their achievements during the 32nd and 33rd convocation ceremonies held from Monday, January 29 to Wednesday, January 31, 2024. When contacted by Kosofe Post about her educational milestones, she expressed excitement about the newly acquired skill set and emphasized its positive impact on her role in Governance.

“I would say I’m a thorough-bred communications professional now. The incredible balance of theory and practice has given me the needed advantage to take on the industry confidently, and I have grown and evolved tremendously, both professionally and personally,” Toluwalase shared.
