Agboyi Ketu LCDA Launches Food Intervention Support Program Amidst Challenging Times

The Executive Chairman of Agboyi Ketu LCDA, Mayor Dele Oshinowo, has announced the launch of a food intervention support program for the residents with the aim of providing relief.

The initiative, revealed through Mayor Dele Oshinowo’s official Facebook page on Monday, seeks to address the pressing needs of community members during these trying times.

According to Mayor Dele Oshinowo, the primary goal of the program is to alleviate the impact of prevailing circumstances and ensure that no one in the community goes hungry. The distribution locations have been strategically chosen across various zones to ensure accessibility for all residents.

The designated distribution locations include:

  • Zone 1: Odogbolu Street
  • Zone 2: Araba; opposite my mother’s lodge
  • Zone 3: Araromi Quarters
  • Zone 4: Dada Aga Street; Erukan
  • Zone 5: Agboyi Primary School
  • Zone 6: Agboyi Football Pitch, Agboyi 2
  • Zone 7: Open field Odogun and Anglican Church, Ajegun.

On the 19th of March 2024, Mayor Dele announced that the council would commence the distribution of food items at the specified locations to provide support to community members in need.

“This is not the first time we have undertaken such an initiative, and we are committed to standing by our residents during their time of need,” Mayor Dele Oshinowo affirmed. “At Agboyi Ketu LCDA, we believe in the importance of solidarity and support, especially during challenging times. Together, let us come as a community to ensure that every individual is cared for and has access to the resources they need to thrive.”
