Former Councilor Ibraheem Bakare Olawale (IBO) Challenges Incumbent in Kosofe Chairmanship Race

Former Councilor representing Ifako-Gbadaga ward C and Chief Whip of the Kosofe Legislative Arm, Hon. Ibraheem Bakare Olawale, popularly known as IBO, has emerged as the first aspirant to challenge the incumbent Chairman, Moyosore Ogunlewe, in the upcoming 2025 chairmanship race.

In a conversation with The Kosofe Post publisher on Wednesday, IBO officially announced his intention to contest for the position of Chairman of Kosofe Local Government Area, Lagos State, in the next dispensation.

Explaining his decision to join the race, IBO emphasized his commitment to administering fair and responsible governance that serves the interests of the people. He expressed confidence in the support of the Almighty, the unwavering support of the residents, and his track record to achieve success in this endeavor.

IBO assured residents that he would unveil a detailed manifesto in due time, outlining his plans and vision for the development of Kosofe.
