Hon. Femi Saheed, a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly representing Kosofe Constituency 2 and Chairman of the House Committee on Finance, has joined political leaders across Kosofe and Lagos State in extending heartfelt felicitations to the Muslim community on the occasion of the 2024 Eid El-Fitri Celebration.
In a congratulatory message made available to Kosofe Post on Wednesday, Hon. Femi Saheed conveyed his warm wishes to his Muslim brothers and sisters for completing another sacred month of Ramadan and observing the joyous celebration of Eid El-Fitri.
“This moment should mark a complete rejuvenation in our spiritual and social lives. It must have instilled in us the virtues of righteousness, tolerance, and peaceful coexistence within our communities,” he remarked.
Hon. Femi Saheed urged everyone to remain steadfast in practicing the teachings acquired during Ramadan and to remember the nation and its leaders in their prayers during the period of Eid prayer.
He concluded his message by wishing them a rewarding, joyous, and pleasant Eid El-Fitri Celebration as they gather with their loved ones. “May Allah accept our fasting and other acts of worship from us,” he prayed.
