APC Stalwart Congratulates New Olori Omooba of Kosofe Land

In a heartfelt gesture, All Progressives Congress (APC) stalwart Logun Oyekunle Sunday Jegede joined the residents of Kosofe in congratulating Omooba Adeyinka Oyediran, the newly appointed Olori Omooba of Kosofe Land. The title, which translates to “Head of Princes,” is a prestigious honor bestowed upon individuals of significant influence and contribution within the community.

On Sunday, May 26th, Jegede expressed his admiration for Oyediran’s relentless efforts and unwavering commitment to the advancement of Kosofe Land. He praised Oyediran’s philanthropic spirit and dedication to community service, stating, “I rejoice with you on this well-deserved honor, recognizing your tireless efforts and selfless contributions to the progress and development of Kosofe Land. Your kindness has touched countless lives.”

Jegede offered his prayers for Oyediran as he embarked on this new role, wishing him divine protection, abundant happiness, long life in peace and good health, and the wisdom and strength to lead with excellence. “May your reign be marked by prosperity, unity, and progress for Kosofe Land. May your name be etched in the annals of history as a true champion of the people,” he added.

The KosofePost reported that the conferment took place during the 17th Coronation Anniversary of Oba Alamu Oloyede Kehinde, the Onikosi of Ikosi in Kosofe Land, where Omooba Adeyinka Oyediran was honored with the title of Olori Omooba of Kosofe Land.
