Ambassador Badejo Moyosore, an aspiring Labour Party counselor, has vowed to deliver good representation for Ward C, Araromi Ifako Soluyo-Gbagada, Kosofe Local Government Area, in the forthcoming 2025 Lagos State chairmanship elections.

Badejo, who made the announcement during a free dental service and medical checkup in Lagos on Tuesday, expressed dissatisfaction with the current leadership in his ward. He emphasized that the people’s needs were being neglected by those in power.

“As a youth leader and ambassador, it’s time for the youth to step up and claim our rightful position in the 2025 elections,” Badejo said. He outlined a four-point agenda focused on security and safety, education and empowerment, a greener environment, and deliberate service to his community.

He also pledged to hold town hall meetings to engage with residents and address their concerns, promoting transparency and inclusivity in governance. Running under the Labour Party, Badejo aligns with the party’s philosophy of grassroots involvement, emphasizing the role of family in governance, symbolized by the party’s “papa, mama, pikin” motto.

“This is the right time for the youth to take over, and I intend to represent all, both young and old, in ensuring a government that truly serves its people,” he added.
