The Mayor Dele Oshinowo Foundation (MDOF) has donated ₦3 million to support victims affected by the recent demolition exercise in Oworonshoki, Lagos State.
According to information obtained by KosofePost, the funds were released over the weekend to provide palliative relief and basic assistance to residents whose homes and properties were destroyed during the exercise.
The humanitarian gesture underscores MDOF’s continued commitment to community welfare and social responsibility, particularly in times of crisis.
Efforts are underway to ensure fair and transparent distribution of the funds to verified victims. Local leaders have also renewed calls for further intervention from both public and private institutions to cushion the hardship faced by the displaced families.
