In the name of Allah, Most Merciful, the Bestower of Mercy.
All praise is due to Allah, Lord of all creation, and may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad, his family and all his Companions.
Dear brothers and sisters! Please, do not be discouraged, continue praying. Wallahi, our prayers are been answered by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala.
If not for the unceasing cries of the Muslim believers, the night-vigils of the righteous, and the silent tears of the oppressed, the insecurity ravaging our lands would have swallowed us completely.
Look around you. We see the statistics, we hear the tragic news, and we feel the weight of a broken security architecture. It is easy for the human mind to fall into despair and ask, “Where is the relief?” But the eye of faith sees what the physical eye cannot. You must realise that for every calamity that strikes, a greater, more devastating catastrophe was turned away because someone, somewhere, knelt in the dark and cried out, “Ya Allah!”
And remember, our prayers do not always manifest as immediate, visible victories; often, they manifest as divine restraint.
The Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) taught us that Du’a benefits us against what has descended and what has not yet descended. Wallahi, there are plots hatched in the deep of the night by those who wish to see the entire Northern region burn, yet Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala neutralises them before they ever reach our doorsteps.
Just as Allah commanded the fire of Nimrod to be “cool and peaceful” for Prophet Ibrahim, He commands the raging fire of chaos in the North to be contained. What we see today is the remnant of a storm that was meant to wipe us out entirely. It is your Tahajjud, the Azkar of our mothers, and the innocent prayers of our children that act as the invisible wall holding back total annihilation.
Know that, true security does not begin in the barracks; it begins in the heart. When a people are besieged externally, their greatest weapon is internal alignment with the Almighty Allah.
Respected brothers and sisters! This is not a time to fold our hands or let our tongues grow dry. This is a clarion call to activate a higher level of spiritual warfare. Do not let Shaitan convince you that your prayers are falling on deaf ears. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala hears, He knows, and He responds in the exact measure and timing that preserves our existence.
Turn your grief into devotion. Let every report of insecurity drive you closer to the prayer mat. We are still standing because Allah is still answering.
All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds. May the peace, blessings and salutations of Allah be upon our noble Messenger, Muhammad, and upon his family, his Companions and his true followers.
