PDP members vows not to work for Kosofe Chairmanship Flagbearer, Abdul

Barely, 31 days to Local Government Election, member of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Anthony Mende Maryland has vowed not to support the party chairmaship flagbearer for Kosofe Local Government Area of Lagos, Honourable Abdulrauf Adenekan.

According to Kosofe Post findings, Abdul joined the Chairmaship race without duely informing the Ward Executive and members.

Similarly, The Female Councilorship he reportedly sponsored from Ward D, Anthony Village also did not write letter of intent. She is not known to the ward according to party members that spoke to Kosofe Post.

KP, gathers that Abdul frustrated all attempt to field a more popular candidate, Segun Jimoh in the affected ward.

Another source hinted that the Former Councilor, Mr. Abdul intervened in the councilorship stuff to beat Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission deadline for submission of candidates names when nobody is willing to contest and pay for the nomination form before the late entrance of Jimoh, who recently dumped the All Progressives Congress for PDP.
